Handmadevyboutiq provides website development, design, hosting, and domain setup services for small businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom website design and development work created specifically for them. Handmadevyboutiq retains rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or templates used in the project.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion or according to a mutually agreed payment schedule.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and scope changes. Handmadevyboutiq will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.
We include a reasonable number of revision rounds in our service packages. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges. Scope changes requested after project commencement may affect timeline and pricing.
Handmadevyboutiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date. Handmadevyboutiq reserves the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms.
