Service Nature

Handmadevyboutiq provides custom website development, design, hosting, and domain setup services. As these are digital services tailored to each client's specific requirements, standard return policies for physical products do not apply.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• If services have not yet commenced and you cancel within 48 hours of payment
• If we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control
• If there is a material breach of our service agreement on our part

Non-Refundable Services

The following are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

• Deposits paid to initiate projects
• Work completed up to the point of cancellation
• Domain registration fees (as these are paid to third-party registrars)
• Hosting fees for periods already provided

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice. Upon cancellation:

• Payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any deliverables completed will be provided to the client
• No further work will be performed after cancellation

Modifications to Services

If you request significant changes to the scope of work after project commencement, additional charges may apply. We will always discuss and obtain approval before proceeding with scope changes that affect pricing.
